If you have not already done so you should review the
Rules of Engagement
for PTC-V on the official
SubSoWesPac.org Web site. Some items of note.
a) ECOPTC encoding will be optional and only used for "radio
communications". Orders will be
forwarded in plain text.
b) Ship limit restrictions will be enforced. Thus each
SubRon can only receive
credit for sinking each capital
ship one time. I will include on this web site with each
cycles orders,
a current list of already sunk capital ships. These
can not be sunk if encountered.
