The Following assignments are effective at the beginning of Patrol Cycle 1, December, 1941.  Locations are PTC area's effective March 1942..

The first two pictures below could have been taken in Manila the first week of December 1941.  When both the USS Holland and USS Canopus with 29 submarines were based there.
